We were on vacation in Portland and went to the really beautiful Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden.  The weather was not that great that day and it rained a lot.  Even then we still walked around the whole gardens since we were there already and probably wouldn't have the chance to again.  When we had done a full walkthrough, the rain was really heavy, however Don didn't want to leave.  He just suggested we wait under a tree for the rain to end.  So we waited, and by the time that the rain finally ended the other visitors had all left.  We then did another small loop to the two waterfalls again and stopped at the nicer waterfall of the two and he proposed then with the whole area to ourselves.
